WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We deliver to residential and business addressed in Scotland, England and Wales. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly. As our company grows, we will look to expand the locations we ship to. We do not carry out deliveries to public/communal areas or open spaces.

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
Orders usually take 2-3 working days to arrive. All orders placed by 4pm on working days will be handed to the courier the following day. Our parcels are mailed through Parcelforce express24 delivery service and will usually arrive the next working day after we hand the parcels to the courier.

AGE VERIFICATION ON DELIVERY
If a box you've ordered contains alcohol, our couriers have been instructed to adhere to Challenge 25 principles which means that if they think you look under 25, they’ll ask to see proof of your age before they hand the item over. Please be prepared to show an ID upon delivery. If the courier is unable to verify your age, they will not be able to hand over the order to you.

CAN I RETURN MY DATE EXPERIENCE BOX?
You can return the product within 30 days from the dispatch date. We will provide a full refund to the original method of payment, upon receipt of the returned product. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products which are not complete or not in their original state. We do not reimburse the cost of shipping returns of our products.

WHAT TO DO IF ITEMS ARE DAMAGED/MISSING?
If you receive a box with damaged or missing items, please notify us immediately by emailing hello@datingdifferently.co.uk and attaching appropriate pictures. We will endeavour to deliver a replacement to you within 48 hours or refund the damaged/missing item.
